Bolivia Declares State of Emergency

Bolivia declares state of emergency to respond to worst drought in 25 years. All over the world winter ice packs at high elevations are storage places for frozen water. The best result is for this frozen ice pack to melt slowly and provide fresh water to everyone downstream from the mountains.  We are losing this best of all possibilities for free water storage and distribution because of global warming.

The result will be more immiserization all over the globe. There will be more displacement and migration. People with thousands of years of developed skills garner a living in high altitudes will now be forced to abandon their skills and get in line for jobs they do not know how to do.
